The Magical 3 Day Detox Cleanse Diet.

Long gone were the days of hunger and being afraid of not having enough to eat. Today food is everywhere. And so are the complications from an over abundance of it. Obesity, stomach and colon cancers are just part of the effect. People are in a dilemma right now, whether to give in to food or to succumb to the glorious images of size 0 models who look like they weigh less than a Big Mac. And in the midst of these mental battles, anorexia and bulimia took over, turning food into a love-hate relationship.

People have to realize true beauty comes from within when bodies and mind are healthy. And here is when the 3 day detox cleanse diet comes in.

In a bid to make food taste more appealing, food manufacturers have played with our primitive senses of favoring sweeter, saltier and greasy foods, adding a whole load of sugar, sodium and fats not to mention preservatives to the million kinds of processed foods we buy off the aisles. No wonder we’re plagued by diabetes, high blood pressure, heart problems and cancers. No wonder we feel tired and drained all the time. and it’s no wonder some teenagers are shunning food by thinking it will make them look fat and die young, ugly and unglam.

The key to healthy and beauty is balance. We can’t avoid processed foods with busy weekdays and late Friday nights at the office. So, why not let our body take a break every now and then with the Magical 3 Day Detox Cleanse Diet?
